Herbal medicine workshops 2010

These were the workshops in 2009:
Learn about detoxification – there are many ways we can help the body to clean itself - in this workshop you will learn to choose the best
way for yourself. We will cover the liver, bowels, skin, kidneys, lymph and lungs, and the best herbs and foods to help these body systems to recover and maintain health.
Price £38 - includes drinks and snacks - and a good set of notes – please bring a packed lunch
A practical day making herbal medicines and learning about commonly found native medicinal herbs - you will make (and take home) a herbal ointment and a herb tea - and we will learn how to make tinctures, syrups and glycerates. We will go out for a herb walk, so make sure to have suitable footwear please.
Price £43 - includes drinks and snacks - a good set of notes and recipes, and herbs to take home - please bring a packed lunch.
